Shetland mussels & sticky toffee pudding at The Crusoe. It’s been a while since I had mussels, back when I used to pick them off the rocks in Cornwall and cook them up in my kitchen. 😋

Next at Kelp was an excellent plate of Shetland mussels, cider, chorizo & picada. Great broth. Also some very nice langoustines with lasooni butter and lime. Then hand dived Barra scallops, coral cream, xo sauce & puffed wild rice. Koffman fries were super crispy.
