@CleanCoachKatie This is awesome! 🙌🙌 Nearly 2 years I broke the -50 min barrier, but since then have had a had a baby & work has got in the way & am now a long way off 😆

4 years ago I was so happy I broke the 50 minute barrier for 10k. Now my PB stands at 40:40 🌟 and I know one day I will be able to duck under 40! Never doubt your own ability, you just need to persevere, train smart and believe in yourself 🙌🏼

I went out for a slow 10km run to de-stress from the week in this lovely cool rain and ended up running 10 miles! Never run a distance like that on my own before! Safe to say I feel pretty amazing right now 💪🏻🏃🏻‍♀️😃
