绝大多数在国内一二三四线城市做实体生意的，为什么不懂一个最最基本的常识， 最近20年大量新城、新楼盘、新商圈开发，商业地产、门店、超市、商场翻着倍地新建，实体消费零售也爆棚， 疫情后消费社零一直就不增长，生意就这么多，还有大量新手傻逼下场投资建设， 这不就是一个基本的死局吗？ 在这种情况下，生意就这么多，人口就这么多，消费还在降级，整个消费力还在统计数据上逐渐下滑，还他妈超市零售火锅烧烤快餐汉堡日料自助全方位涌入、投资、开店、赌博， 这个市场完全就是一个纯粹的粪坑市场，最后只有死路一条。 北京上海天津深圳这些一线城市，2000万人上下，城市扩大了三四圈，人口密度一直在下降稀疏，新商场新商圈遍地开花，街边店铺增长得比他妈耗子窝还多， 这种情况下，还有人下场要做实体消费零售，而且是全社会集体下场投资做生意，这不就是集体找死吗？
