أعلنت وكالة الفضاء الأمريكية "ناسا" عن إدراج طبق الكسكس المغربي ضمن قائمة الوجبات المخصصة لرواد فضاء مهمة "أرتميس 2"، التي ستنطلق في رحلة استكشافية حول القمر. ويأتي هذا القرار في إطار توجه الوكالة نحو اعتماد نظام غذائي متنوع يعكس تعدد الثقافات داخل الطواقم الفضائية، خاصة في المهام طويلة الأمد. وأوضحت "ناسا" أن اختيار أطباق من مطابخ عالمية يندرج ضمن جهودها لتوفير دعم نفسي ومعنوي لرواد الفضاء، إلى جانب تلبية احتياجاتهم البيولوجية. وقد جرى تكييف الكسكس المغربي ليتوافق مع معايير السلامة والتخزين في بيئة انعدام الجاذبية، مع الحفاظ على خصائصه الغذائية ومكوناته التقليدية. #ناسا #الكسكس_المغربي #cmz
