I was running the 1 month Relative strength globally & found this . Our No-1 Real Estate company has fallen 25% & DXB No .1 real estate company has fallen 23% . DXB one is available at lower valuations, but you have to deal with high level of uncertainty. So many moving parts , like job losses , War , AI and all , but No-1 thing is valuation for me .

Else more pain of frustrating sideways market is expected. Most probably in next 2 weeks uncertainty should settle down.
