NEW: Florida man leaves AA meeting, does cocaine, drinks, and smokes pot, then crashes through the gate at Daytona Beach Airport and tries to hijack a plane “I was at my house, I went to an AA meeting, and next thing I know I’m doing cocaine, drinking, and smoking pot…” Bryan J. Parker, 58, is charged with attempted aircraft piracy. Authorities said he crashed a Mustang through a locked airport gate and tried to board an occupied plane Parker was highly intoxicated and nearly hit a taxiing aircraft He was detained after a brief chase by airport operations and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University security

In Paris right now. I walked past a small bar where a jazz band was playing to only four people inside.
I went in, ordered a glass of wine and stayed for a bit to listen. The musicians were incredible.
Moments like that remind you how special live music can be.
