Maybe I’ll be proved wrong but I can’t see Nolan being sacked. He’s too willing to work with this budget. He’s been positive enough about the board, more so than I think Brady was. I also don’t know what to even do about the team. Port Vale are absolutely terrible and we couldn’t get it going. The crowd turned at 1-0 at the team looked like they couldn’t take it. Horrible atmosphere and not sure what to do to improve it

@naggerpagger @ntfc It is only football. True. But we all care - you and me both. But for these guys it’s their livelihood and a precarious one at that. Doubly so for poor old Jon who clearly holds himself to very high standards. We’ll remember him for a long time.

@SimonDunkley @ntfc I see your point but if performances are bad they deserve to be told. However at the end of the day it’s only football. I get frustrated but I move on and if they can’t then that’s no one else’s problem. I’m disappointed that it hasn’t worked out for Jon and I wish him well.

@naggerpagger @ntfc Perhaps I’m being harsh out of frustration. I just think that people should think about the impact of their tweets on the mental health of players and staff alike who are living in a gold fish bowl with people taking pot shots. And understand their frustrations sometimes.

@SimonDunkley @ntfc Who’s got there way. I never called for him to go I called him out for having a go at fans who backed him and his team even during bad times. I went to Stevenage to give support & had to watch a woeful performance. Where have I said he should go ?

@Adcolt86 @ntfc Agree. Loved his commitment, but for his future health he perhaps needs to try to distance himself from emotions at the club to help him get through the inevitable lows.
