Day 01 of travelling in patna for my internship – started with whatever phone I have ended up with a Rapido detour to a “premium waterfront” near Nehru Nagar. Turns out it’s a nala right next to Boring Road. Urban planning so advanced that even buffaloes have secured their spot here. Great first impression.

Crude supply is adequate and refineries are operating at full capacity. Petrol pumps are functioning normally with no dry outs reported. PNG and CNG supplies continue at 100 percent. Commercial LPG users are being encouraged to shift to PNG through CGD companies with incentives and quick connections where networks exist. To curb hoarding and black marketing, states have activated control rooms and intensified raids while Oil Marketing Companies are conducting inspections. The Union government has also requested states to allocate an additional 10 percent commercial LPG to entities supporting PNG expansion and advised consumers with both PNG and LPG connections to surrender LPG while urging citizens to rely on official information, use home delivery and avoid panic booking -Sujata Sharma, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas #EnergySecurity @PetroleumMin

9 lives lost in Delhi. 3 were children. Fire brigade took 40 minutes to arrive and when they did, the ladder failed and the hydraulic system didn’t work. This wasn’t just a fire. It was a collapse of governance. Big budgets, big claims but zero preparedness when it actually matters. In India, even emergency response comes with a disclaimer: “may not function when needed.”

Every devotee deserves a proper and dignified darshan. How can some be treated as VIPs in God’s temple while the rest struggle like this. Many temples in India have well managed systems for smooth darshan. Such systems should be implemented across the country. Most importantly, VIP darshan culture needs to be ended immediately. Faith must be equal for all.
