So yes, any of my listeners on @pandoramusic who is wondering why it's frozen at episode 381, that's why. Pandora stopped using their own podcast connect service and employed @Simplecast who in digital terms won't return my calls. Classy.

Amazed that anyone uses @Simplecast. They now manage several sites my podcast is on and all I ever get is "An error occured while creating your account," when I try to sign up, and confirmation emails never arrive if I do. Going on since APRIL. @pandoramusic this is useless.

@Simplecast Hi, is there an outage affecting the service that sends e-mails out? Have been aiming to add our podcast, but over the last few days in different browsers our e-mail doesn't show up. Clicking "Next" doesn't cause anything to happen either.

@Simplecast When's an episode counted as a download? is it when someone just starts listening, or only when someone finishes listening?

@Simplecast you aren’t sending me verification emails. All the places it could be have been checked and I switched emails in case gmail was just bouncing it.

@Simplecast are you guys aware of chapters in podcasting 2.0 players? I think @bibleproject content would benefit tremendously if you used them. The art can also change with chapter allowing for modest visual support.

Love the "Recast" feature from @Simplecast for converting short book excerpts into tiny audio clips. Would be awesome if they were a tad longer (90 seconds is limit, 3 min would be great) Have to finish 20 of these by the weekend - then recording for others. #buildinpublic
