I was lucky enough to visit @SingletonTabb's in the summer with @benfelder_okc, and all I think about is going back. Congrats on the writeup from @BBQsnob! This is really rad.

Yes, we traveled several hundred miles to find out what makes folks so passionate about BBQ in our state. One story that stuck out to me was Tabb Singleton. He lost his job at a NOLA restaurant during the pandemic only to bounce back and start his own place back in Oklahoma.
