The majority of right wing streamers - especially vtubers - have no political ideology. They are opportunistic and try to farm outrage to stay relevant. Attacking trans people is incredibly lucrative right now and there are barely any public downsides to doing it.

Don’t quit actually. Beginning of 2025 I made a comment about Trump and proceeded to get dogpiled by the wider VTubing community. Lies were spread, people contacted my sponsors, acquaintances left, all the things you will experience if you choose to speak your mind too. Beginning of 2026. I grew incredibly fast. I have the support of a large loving community, support from some very large content creators, and I constantly get emails from people and partnerships wanting to work with me. I just finished one of my most successful Subathons and I don’t plan on giving up anytime soon. I don’t expect everyone to share 100% of my views, that’s a naive expectation. My friends and the people I choose to support are because I enjoy their company and or content. You won’t take away my happiness. You’re just a big fat bully who unsuccessfully tried to cancel me, so now you’re attacking everyone around me. Losers.
