The weather boffins are saying -5⁰ in these parts tonight. -17⁰ in some parts. That's almost as cold as my heart. Anyway, this isn't Facebook. In winter, it can be pretty cold. If you have #T1D and temperature changes affect your BG, do what you need to do to avoid A&E.

Never have I ever felt so rough..l 3rd sickness in as many weeks my poor immune system has had a hammering….Give me a break please…… I finished work a week ago today for a 2 week break n I’ve spent 80% of my time in bed 😞.
