@ycbtbb 1400 is a deficit. I gen don't get your issue, I eat around 700-900 a day on bad days. My CW is lower than your UGW and that's after I gained 4kg bffr if anything's embarrassing is you trying to shame a kid on twt for eating 900 instead of 500 while literally having BED 💔🙏

@So_underfed if you got triggered by me just saying eat -500c its your own problem for even trying to eat 1400c😭nothing is more embarrassing than eating like you do so save your thoughts

I've been doing really bad for the last past 3 weeks, stuck in a b/p cycle... Since I suck at puking I gained weight but I'm not mentally in a place to restrict too much... I'll be attempting the "get worse" diet now.

June 8th: Okay, I'm back with another relapse, how cool. 🫩 My priority right now is stopping b/p because I've been stuck in a cycle since last two weeks of May. Omad, I ate 1/3 of it. Very yummy but now I want to throw it up :( I also had some ice cream Est 900 cals for all

@slave2themedia I walk a lot (20-30K) a day and dance to k-pop songs when I have energy. I also sometimes do some random workouts from yt but overall walking is my only movement

@So_underfed Did you do a lot of exercise? I feel like everyone pushed weight training but I don’t like the look of muscle showing
