@MattBredesen Our district has a 4.5 million deficit this year and 15 million deficit next year. What’s the cost for installation and upkeep?

Shot Clocks in Chicago functioning perfectly with College students running them. Why can AAU figure it out but in Wisconsin we can't?

@MattBredesen @Bdgrball I am in favor of a shot clock, but this argument is off. Turf fields typically save districts money over time. I have no idea how much installing a shot clock would cost, but you also have the cost of running it each game. Districts are strapped for cash.

@Bdgrball Money is the only valid argument against it. I feel like booster clubs and donors would cover it. Some of the same schools feel cost is prohibitive have turf football fields. How did they get those? Donations, booster club ect....

Coaches survey's/voting have all show support of adding the shot clock. WBCA supported the Shot Clock. It get to WIAA Board of Control and they will not advance it to a membership vote. That is where we are at. Coaches are in favor, WBCA is in favor, Boards of Control is not.

@MattBredesen Why not have the coaches rank teams 1-15 (not including own team) and have that be a portion of the seeding along with the computers?

WIAA computers continue to attack the Big 8, which was Very solid this year. Middleton 19-4, played: Arrowhead, Kaukauna, DePere, Memorial x2, Verona x2 all Top 10 teams is a FIVE. Why schedule those games non-con if the computer doesnt care?

@robreischel @wiaa @MHSBallers Seedings always need to have some sort of human element to them. It’s also hard to get Big Eight schools on the schedule for us as a soccer program, might be the same for hoops.
