@SonnetToMoon After everything that's happened at work with him, I can't help but wonder whether the issue goes beyond a lack of emotional intelligence and extends to toxic leadership, emotional immaturity, and a broader inability to handle situations properly.

Is there any reason why men over 50 often throw tantrums at work instead of communicating their thoughts constructively and helping to resolve mistakes made by their kids?

don't be scared to live lovingly. compliment your friends on the little things and cheer for live bands in small cafes and leave tips when you can. tell the person you saw that you really like their shirt and write cards and letters to the people you love. make playlists for people and don't be afraid to express your appreciation for others. life is so much better when you live it with love.
