@The_Davos_Man Rumors have it that the hotel that they were spending the night at was fully running on electricity. As it turned out, most of said electricity was transferred from a hospital to the hotel and multiple patients who were connected to inhalators died because of the blackout.

A deer was spotted in an urban area of Osaka today. Police were dispatched to observe the situation. The deer seemed unafraid of the many people who came to take photos, so it's being speculated that it somehow made its way to Osaka from Nara.
