Just wanted to say for anyone out there struggling with their mental health: please hold on. March 1st 2026, I attempted to take my own life. If the medics hadn't arrived as quickly as they did, I would not be here. I can't say that I am now sunshine and rainbows after all of that and what happened after, but I just hope you know that there are people who care. Even if you feel like no one does. Even if you feel truly alone in the world. I felt those things on a deep level, even moreso recently. But if it was true, I wouldn't be alive today. Please don't give up.
