@cabinsmountain Nah, -30°C is quite dangerous. If you have exposed skin you can get frostbite within minutes, especially if it is windy. For +30°C you just need to not be fat, stay out of the sun, wear a tshirt and shorts, drink some water and youll be fine. Heat stroke at +30°C is very rare.
