Absolutely ridiculous that @Meta as a trillion dollar+ company, is allowing people’s business accounts to be disabled with zero human support or accountability. For 3 months my main Instagram account @dylanofm has been locked/deactivated. 40,000 followers. Years of work. My main business account. Gone overnight. Meta Support are telling me my appeal was denied. Guess what? I never even had an appeal. No email. No in-app appeal option. No review form. No explanation. Nothing. Just a permanently disabled account. My business runs through Meta platforms & instantly overnight I’ve lost years of work, my audience, my main acquisition channel & a significant income source, all without any explanation or even a real chance to get it properly reviewed. I’ve spent over $500,000 on Meta ads across my business. I’ve never intentionally violated Instagram’s Community Standards. One Meta agent told me on a recorded call that my case would be manually escalated and that I’d receive an appeal option within days. That never happened. Another agent later apologised for “misinformation provided by our team,” said they could forward me to a supervisor, asked for my email, then closed the case. The supervisor never emailed me. I checked every inbox and spam folder. Nothing. Two support agents in a row told me something would happen, and both times nothing happened. Even more insane, multiple linked accounts in the same Accounts Centre were reinstated after identity verification, and Meta emailed me saying the accounts do follow Community Standards on account integrity. They literally said: “We’re sorry we got this wrong.” Yet my main account @dylanofm is still locked/deactivated. There have also been reports of a Meta AI/support exploit where people were allegedly able to target Instagram accounts and change/link emails through support-side flows. That would explain why I never received the disabled-account email. And Meta Support won’t even confirm whether any email, recovery, login, or support-side account changes happened on @dylanofm. No appeal, no review, no explanation. Just my business account sitting there waiting to be permanently deleted. The saddest part of all of this is that it opens the door for endless grifters & scammers charging $1000’s in an attempt to help recover your account because Meta’s official support system is completely broken. I’ve already paid people claiming they can get it recovered. Most don’t work. And the official channels somehow give you even less help. I tried to reach out to @discord_support for multiple days, but got no reply or any help, my tickets keep getting flagged as solved, while I still can't use my account, due to it being constantly limited for no reason. I need URGENT help this has been happening for a week 😭
