@StateAuto I have now been without a vehicle for 30 days. A driver who was insured by your company ran a red light and struck my vehicle. He was cited for running a red light and driving on a suspended license. Your adjustor who is handling the claim has been unable to make -

@StateAuto it has been 30 days since my claim was filed and still no info. Your client admitted fault; was promised $ today but individual is ooo. No follow just numerous voicemails. Terrible service @LaRoccoME

And Brent Collier, "care" mngr was quite arrogant in their refusal when I spoke to him. These companies prey on the elderly, poor and middle-classed. The message is, "we collect your money monthly but refuse honor your policy in the event of damage" @StateAuto @GMA @wpdeabc15
