Create a fire picture of yourself. I will love to see the best❤️🔥 1) Open Grok/ChatGpt/Gemini 2) Use this prompt A) Men: Create a high-fashion editorial studio portrait using the man from the reference image. Preserve his exact facial features, beard style, hair texture, and overall identity with 100% accuracy — no alterations to face structure or expression. He is seated in a modern minimalist designer chair, wearing a sharply tailored black power suit with a structured blazer and a smooth black silk shirt (top two buttons open, no tie). The fit is precise and premium. His posture is relaxed yet commanding, legs crossed with effortless poise, conveying quiet strength and self-assurance. The setting is a contemporary studio with concrete-gray walls and soft professional softbox lighting subtly visible at the edges of the frame. Behind him hangs a large expressive abstract painting of his own face, rendered in neutral beige, black, and charcoal tones, featuring bold brush strokes and subtle paint drips, and below is written the signature [insert your name] B) Women Create a high-fashion editorial portrait of a young woman from the reference image. A confident woman sits in a modern designer chair, wearing a sharp, tailored black power suit with a structured blazer and sleek black silk blouse, no tie, paired with elegant pointed-toe heels. Her posture is relaxed yet commanding, legs crossed with effortless poise, conveying quiet strength and self-assurance. The setting is a contemporary studio with concrete-gray walls and soft professional softbox lighting subtly visible at the edges of the frame. Behind her hangs a large expressive abstract painting of her own face, rendered in neutral beige, black, and charcoal tones, featuring bold brush strokes and subtle paint drips, and below is written the signature [insert your name] omg!... I'm in love with myself!... let's see the best

I fired someone for the first time in 20 years, not for performance issues but for something I'd tolerated for far too long. I still remember that day as fresh as if it happened yesterday - they were brilliant, a top performer, and delivered exceptional results quarter after quarter. But they were destroying team morale with behaviour I'd been excusing as "passion" and "high standards." That was the day I learned: Tolerating toxic brilliance isn't leadership. It's cowardice. So I made a decision - no more letting talented losers poison the culture because they hit their numbers. Here's what happened: This person was objectively excellent but their team was quietly suffering: - Never supporting them in meetings. - Dismissing junior colleagues' ideas. - Creating an environment where people were afraid to speak up. 3 talented people quit under their leadership and that was proof enough to me. Their exit interviews all said the same thing. Four decades in leadership taught me this the hard way: Tolerating one toxic high performer tells your entire team exactly what you actually value. Not culture, not respect, and definitely not psychological safety. Just results - at any human cost. When I finally let them go, something interesting happened. Productivity didn't drop. It, infact increased. Because people weren't spending energy navigating one person's ego anymore. They were actually working. I stopped tolerating toxic brilliance that day because I learned something crucial: You can replace a high performer but you can't replace the culture they destroyed while you looked the other way. So, to every leader making excuses for someone's behaviour because they're "too good to lose": You're not losing one person. You're losing everyone else who sees you tolerate it. The brilliant jerk isn't the problem. Your willingness to keep them is. What do you think?

@FabrizioRomano Admiration is one thing, decision is another. World Cup first, then the transfer dominoes start falling. PSG will be watching this closely.

🚨 Yan Diomandé: “Paris Saint-Germain is a team I’ve loved since I was a child. My father supports Paris Saint-Germain, and it’s a team I admire as a football fan”, told L’Equipe. “It would be a pleasure for me to come and play here with one of the biggest clubs. It’s always a pleasure to come here because, with French being spoken, I think adapting wouldn’t be difficult. But why not?”. “I don’t think I’m looking ahead to the future or focusing on anything else. As I’ve said, I remain focused on the World Cup. After that, the clubs will sort things out between themselves and we’ll see what happens next”, added to Telefoot.

@FabrizioRomano This man is obviously too old for this job, he has tried let Real Madrid fans give that other man chance cus he's young with fresh ideas. Just look at the names he wants to sign.
