#NH01 candidate @maurasullivan was asked at a campaign event if she believed Israel’s actions in Gaza constituted genocide, and with all the discussion around the lack of affordability for average Americans, if elected, would she vote to continue U.S. military aid to Israel? "She made clear her stance that Israel is a key democratic ally in the region, one that provides the U.S. with critical intelligence, and their right to exist is under extreme threat by Iran, which she described as a terrorist state that poses security risks to America." "While she addressed broader themes around foreign policy and the region, neither of my questions was directly addressed nor answered." "I followed up with the campaign via email to give them the opportunity to clarify or expand on the response. While the campaign did respond, the reply did not address the questions I included." "Sullivan is endorsed by the Democratic Majority for Israel PAC, an organization that exists to elect pro-Israel Democrats up and down the ballot, though the endorsement is not highlighted on the candidate’s website." - via @StephenRDenis

Gotta say, I have also been wondering why there are no shame chants at Trump staff.

New: The DNC is still figuring out its approach to Israel. Resolutions Committee rejected an effort to condemn AIPAC/dark money in Dem primaries (after passing a broader dark-money measure) + deferred two on the Middle East that incl conditioning military aid to Israel. politico.com/news/2026/04/0… @politico

CNBC: "President Trump has threatened to destroy a civilization. How does an investor process that? Is it a bigger upside risk or downside risk?" What stage of corporate media is this? (h/t @paleofuture)
