The #BCLeg Canadian flag flies at half-mast today in observance of the one‑year anniversary of the tragic deaths resulting from the attack at the Lapu Lapu Festival in Vancouver. We honour the lives lost and extend our continued thoughts to their families and communities.

So the Premier & Attorney General deny they are co-governing BC with an elite group of Indigenous chiefs. Yet when the leader of that group is asked if they're co-governing, he says "Yes, that's exactly right." And while the Premier says govt is seeking a "cooperative solution" (to the "significant legal liabilities" created by the legislation he wrote), the group he is "co-develop[ing] a response" with says it will not compromise on DRIPA in any way.

I've put a lot of thought into this decision. I am proud to support Kerry-Lynne Findlay for the leadeship of the Conservative Party of BC. She has experience. She has integrity. She has intelligence. She is a unifier. She is in it for the right reasons.
