VOTERS DESERVE THE TRUTH: What the Nevada Supreme Court Found About a Candidate for Family Court Department P ⚖️ – Veterans In Politics International veteransinpolitics.org/2026/04/voters…
Voters deserve the truth—especially when it comes to who sits on the Family Court bench in Department P.
According to a Nevada Supreme Court order filed April 17, 2026, Jennifer Isso was disciplined for multiple violations of the Rules of Professional Conduct. She admitted to:
Making statements she knew were false or showed reckless disregard for the truth about sitting judges
Engaging in improper ex parte communication with a judge’s chambers
Failing to demonstrate respect for the court, witnesses, litigants, and opposing counsel
Violating standards of civility in court proceedings
The Court found a pattern of misconduct and multiple offenses. The agreed discipline: a six-month-and-one-day suspension (stayed for 18 months) with strict conditions, including mentoring, additional ethics and mental health-related education, and ongoing reporting to Bar Counsel.
This isn’t minor. The Court explicitly noted harm—or potential harm—to the legal system and interference with proceedings.
Family Court judges handle the most sensitive cases—children, custody, and safety. That role demands integrity, judgment, and respect for the rule of law.
The question voters should be asking is simple: Is this the standard we want on the bench?

🚨 WARNING TO CLARK COUNTY VOTERS 🚨
“Sanctioned. Unprofessional. Unstable.” — and this is someone asking to sit on the Family Court bench in Department P?
Watch this video and ask yourself:
👉 Is this the judgment you want deciding the future of children and families?
Family Court isn’t a stage for chaos, ego, or reckless behavior — it demands discipline, control, and respect for the law. What you’re about to see raises serious concerns about whether that standard is even understood, let alone met.
This isn’t politics. This is about fitness, temperament, and the protection of the integrity of the court.
Clark County cannot afford to gamble on a candidate surrounded by controversy and questions about professional conduct. These aren’t minor issues — they are flashing red warning signs.
👉 Watch. Decide. And don’t ignore what’s right in front of you.
