Each of the Big 5 leagues has at least 2 teams giving >10% of minutes to U21 players.

As I just wrote, other than Miguel Coley, I don't see anyone near good enough as being even thought of to coach the National Team.
The JFF is also back to flipping and flopping on how it wants to operate and its culture.

Without using data to lead to video analysis, or video analysis to lead to data analysis and cross-checking, false insights and strategies can be developed, and in a game decided by moments and fine margins, that can be dangerous.... very dangerous.
