To understand the medical brain drain from UK to Oz, look at my🇦🇺 fellowship payslip. Fortnightly salary = 12470 AUD = 6528 GBP. = £170 000 per annum as a trainee. UK consultant salary = £88 000 p.a. We will lose our best doctors from the UK if we don’t fix this.
