The S4s have applied their recent learning of mole calculations to prepare standard solutions, combining application of knowledge and practical skills 👌🏻

An awesome few days in Arran with our Silver DofE exped group. They all smashed it! 🌄🙌🏻🏕

Extra Cosplay kudos to Calum for managing to squeeze his lord of the rings costume into his DofE bag and carrying it for 17km to get a picture in Lochranza Castle! @StrathavenELD

A nice chilled way to spend Friday morning doing some pH dropper art in Mrs Rooney's S2 class 🌈

Public transport has done us well this morning - both trains and ferry lined up as scheduled! Arran here we come! 🌄🙌🏻

Our S1 classes enjoyed making their own mini Marauder's Map as part of literacy week in Science 🧙‍♀️🧹🧙‍♂️

Excellent practical skills on display this morning in Mr Kanes's S2 class fo prepare a mini pH scale using only 1 concentration of acid and alkali! 👏

A crisp and cold sunny morning for our cycle to the local airfield today. We timed it nicely to see a glider taking off! ☀️

Nice to have the S3 pupils back out on the bikes ☀️🚴‍♂️🚴‍♀️ working on group riding etiquette and pacing 👌🏻

Great to work with our new S6 year group today and deliver some teambuilding workshops. Lots of great communication and problem solving on display but most importantly they all had fun! 👌 well done Team Strathaven! 👏
