@jackmallers @Strike Love the BLOC! Easing into it, I do have a question. When using the Smart BLOC calculator “payment triggers” are used in scenarios. However I don’t see this option on the app. Is this an auto feature or is the scenario assuming we will maintain the 15% LTV?
