@JaredDHardin I usually always start with the initial job they want to get done and then tell them what is necessary to not be fined or have any inspector issues in the future. But yes it’s all within the first conversation

This handicap stall is literally the furthest stall from the door. Federal regulation 703.7.2.1 states it must be the closest. I need to work on my pitch to really get better at bringing this to people's attention without seeming like I'm trying to scare them into hiring me.
