@AmericanAir I’ve talked to my bank 4 times already. Because you charged my account, there’s nothing they can do until it’s cleared, but it’s just an authorized hold that’s been held since Monday. Agents have no record of the charge, says it was declined due to insufficient funds.

@StrongholdMom If it's been more that 48 hours you may need to reach out to your bank to resolve this. Please DM us the record locator and let us check.
