As the @BattlehawksUFL season kicks off, there's a lot of talk about the team and our new Coach, @RickyProehl. No surprise, as #StLouis is a #football city. But there's another #team that makes gameday special. Our guest services staff - many of whom work multiple jobs - show up every game with heart, enthusiasm, and a commitment to serve others. They don’t take the field, but they’re stars in every sense. Today, we prepped for all they may have to handle. As Maya Angelou said: “People will forget what you say, they'll forget what you do, but they'll never forget how you made them feel.” Grateful for this team. They define the experience.
