6 years ago yesterday was the last time we saw @SwerveBoiii_ Normally I always take a picture but that night it was raining & I held an umbrella over John as Will crawled out his car window to get into John’s arms. He held onto John extra long that night. Sweet memories 🥺💔

@BenOnSports I’ve watched them twice now this year, once in person b/c our daughter goes to Kennesaw. Their d-line is good and they have a great great running back. We better be ready!!!

@jonesoxygen Agreed! Jimmy will be out of town. There is NO way I am bringing my kids that late downtown Montgomery by myself. However, went to the JSU vs KSU game & saw several “whup Troy” shirts, so the hate & rivalry is still there 😂

If this is accurate it’s a travesty. I have no issue playing Jax State but I have major issues playing in Montgomery.
That’s not a reward for Troy at all. Keith Gill should be ashamed.
Lastly, downtown Montgomery at 11 PM does not make sense for anyone!

@gsudarlin I just saw that. Ugh. Oldest son has a basketball game that night I think. Our daughter goes to Kennesaw State and is in the band there. We are on pins and needles seeing where they go.

@joshbmessenger We are just so excited KSU won b/c if not it could have been Troy v/s KSU & my husband writes SOTS halftime show & daughter is in KSU band so we would have been a house TOTALLY divided! 😂 Plus it is will be great to watch Troy beat Jax State!

Brett McMurphy has Troy in the Salute to Veterans Bowl in Montgomery against Jax State. Not sure how likely that is but Troy and Jax State renewing the Battle for the Ol School Bell in Montgomery would be pretty damn cool. The two old rivals haven't played since 2001.
