@StyleSeat I think your policy of not returning deposits when the stylist is a no show or extremely late is a crime; a litigious offense at least. I wonder how many people I could gather for a class action suit against a non refundable deposit policy? Scamming made easy, huh?

@StyleSeat has to be the worst consumer app ever. The platform allows for a stylist to charge your card, when services could have never been rendered. I had an appointment with a stylist today who completely ghosted me, following a request of a $30 deposit
