This’s not a military uniform, this’s the paramedic uniform who was killed yesterday.
Israel has killed 88 paramedics and first responders after deliberately targeting ambulances and medical centers.
This’s a war crime, but international law clearly doesn’t apply to Israel.

私の沖縄人の高祖父は日本兵からスパイ容疑をかけれ拘束され、後ろ手に縛られた状態で銃殺された。遺体は放置され、未だ遺骨は帰ってきていない。高祖父の最期は親族の誰も長い間わからなかったが、沖縄戦後、戦争被害の聞き取り調査を行っている学者から彼の最期を知る。やられた側は絶対に忘れない。

미친놈. 일제 강점기에 학교에서 한국어와 한글 사용을 금지한 것을 직접 겪은 세대가 아직 살아 있다. 나는 외할머니에게 그 얘기를 수도 없이 들었다. 당시 초등학교 3학년부터는 한국어 사용이 금지되었고, 고학년생들에게 완장을 채워 누가 한국어로 말하면 회초리로 치고 다니게 했다.

제리 폭스는 1900년대 초 브루클린 자치구 청사에서 상주하는 고양이였어요. 1904년에는 건물에서 불이 난 걸 직원들에게 알려줘서 큰 피해를 막기도 했죠.
이 공로로 그는 시로부터 공식적으로 급여를 받는 ‘보조 관리인(Assistant Janitor)’이라는 직책까지 얻게 됐어요. 몇 년 뒤 시력이 나빠졌을 때는 한 직원이 건물 안을 잘 돌아다닐 수 있도록 맞춤 안경까지 만들어줬다고 해요.
그는 청사의 상징 같은 존재가 되어 직원들과 방문객 모두에게 사랑받았고, 세상을 떠났을 때는 뉴욕 타임스에 부고까지 실릴 정도였답니다.

Jerry Fox was the resident cat of Brooklyn Borough Hall in the early 1900s. In 1904, he alerted staff to a fire in the building, preventing serious damage. The city rewarded him with an official position on the payroll: Assistant Janitor. When his eyesight failed years later, a clerk had custom glasses made for him so he could continue navigating the building. He became a fixture at Borough Hall, recognized by employees and visitors.
