My coworker told me she got grammarly pro or something and it was great for checking her writing. I was skeptical but I been using grammarly to spell check shit so I tried it out after years. And thr "pro" suggestions were just. Bad. As lrt says, totally would alter thr meaning

I was logged into Grammarly for YEARS and had a writing streak of something like 1200 days until I was logged out for mysterious reasons a few years ago. Rather unfortunate.

Grammarly is trying to correct “he has just got back” to “he has just gotten back” in an email I’m sending. WTF???

Sorry for the trouble here, Esha. We understand how confusing this can be, and we’re happy to help clarify. Grammarly reviews your writing continuously, so even after you accept suggestions, you may notice a few new ones when you reopen the document. That’s normal and doesn’t undo your previous changes. If you’re using Microsoft Word or Apple Pages, dismissed suggestions shouldn’t come back as long as you save the file and keep the same title. Hope this helps!
