I recently experienced something similar with a hospital appointment letter delivered by @RoyalMail that arrived already opened. When I contacted customer service to report it, I was told to call the hospital myself and share photos with them so they could follow up from their side. The agent said she was not answerable to me......is that how it works?🤔🤔🤔

There is a certain George Njoroge who was a household name among die-hard Raila Odinga loyalists. He orbited close to Baba's inner circle, presenting himself as a data analyst and IT expert, a title that, upon closer inspection, fits him about as well as a square peg in a round hole. The cracks in his expertise became impossible to ignore during the 2022 presidential petition, when he boldly argued, with full chest, that one cannot edit a PDF. A PDF! The same file format that millions of ordinary people manipulate daily with tools freely available on the internet. That single statement sent shockwaves through the tech community and left many wondering what exactly this man's credentials were built on. And that was hardly an isolated incident. Njoroge demonstrated ignorance on multiple occasions, leaving observers genuinely baffled as to how he ended up heading the IT and data faction of one of Kenya's most high-stakes presidential campaigns. To this day, that remains one of the great unsolved mysteries of Kenyan political circles. But it gets better. Fast forward to today, and Mr. Njoroge has reinvented himself on X (formerly Twitter) as a military and geopolitical analyst. He has been posting video game footages, unknowingly passing it off as real warfare, dramatically urging people not to mess with Yues. A leopard truly cannot change its spots. One can only shake their head and ask, who exactly was vetting the people around Raila Odinga? ©Ian Steve

An elected leader should be able to read a written speech. Ouch😢🙈!

Freedom of opinion doesn’t exempt leaders from responsibility. If you consistently call out your own party while holding one of its top offices, removal isn’t oppression, it’s accountability. Leadership is not a platform for personal positioning. Some believe ODM can’t survive without Sifuna. That’s not true. Parties outlive individuals. In politics, when you clash with your own house repeatedly, it’s usually your career not the party that takes the hit. This could be the end for him. Sadly...

Just finished this one! I can reread it a thousand times. I would recommend it to anyone. Whether you’re 20, 30, 40, or even 100. There is no perfect way to do life, and it’s okay not to know the answers.
