RSTA has a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ lineup of coaches for the 2023 season! In the coming weeks we will introduce them! . Benji Petinaux will be the Lake Audubon head coach. This is his second year coaching and first year as a head coach!

We are excited to share that the Winter Swim schedule for our Winter 2023 session is available on the RSTA website. The session will begin in late January/early February and will end in mid-May.

Congratulations to the Glade 15-18 girls who broke the RSTA all-time 200 Meter Medley Relay record with a time of 2:09.13 at today's All-Star Meet! The Glade swimmers were Kaitlin Mahon, Lauren Wagner, Clara Landeryou, and Aimee Pimentel.

They beat the 1:51.99 record also set by Lake Newport in 2017. That team included Jeffrey's brother, Michael!

Congratulations to the Lake Newport 15-18 boys who broke the RSTA all-time 200 Meter Medley Relay record with a time of 1:50.62 at today's All-Star Meet! Lake Newport swimmers were Will Kohn, Jackson Harriot, Jeffrey George, and James Harriot.

Congratulations to Will Kohn of Lake Newport who broke the RSTA 15-18 boys record in the 50m backstroke at today's All-Star Meet! Will’s time of 27.27 beat Casey Storch’s 2017 time of 27.30. Casey was also a Lake Newport swimmer and went on to star for the UVA swim team.

Congratulations to the Glade Dolphins who won the 2022 RSTA season with an undefeated 6-0 record! Glade swam fast, coached relentlessly, minimized disqualifications, showed up in numbers, cheered loudly, and somewhat avoided COVID to win their first championship since 2001!
