1️⃣ The American Model Optimizes System-Wide Energy Output 🇺🇸 Founding Principle Federalism: responsibility should be distributed between national and state governments. The Federal Government should restrain itself from usurping the role of State and Local counterparts. 🔁 Systems Theory Subsidiarity Principle: functions should be handled at the lowest competent level of the system. Dysfunction spreads when one subsystem takes over another’s role function. ⚙️Mechanism (Pictured) When a Subsystem A (Federal) takes over the role function of Subsystem B (State), Federal’s energy becomes divided between two roles, reducing its ability to fulfill its original purpose. Total system-wide energy drops, because State’s available energy is under-utilized. Now, consider: What happens when Federal Government acts in a way that reduces the utilization of energy in 50 of its counterparts at once? ⚡️Post-woke psychotherapy recognizes that improving system-wide energy output is better for everyone regardless of identity. It’s no accident that America is the most prosperous country in history, raising the quality of living standards for the entire world.

In the post woke era of psychology and psychotherapy, we’re starting to reconnect with awareness that the founders of the USA tapped into the most psychologically sound and motivation optimizing concepts ever institutionalized in a government. Stay tuned…more to come. 🇺🇸🗽

@refueled I treated many Dyess families in my private practice work, and I heard more than one of them explain that the B1’s were put on circular flight paths over combat zones during OIF/OEF because that plane’s sound caused enemy combatants to hide more than any other. That’s metal AF.

I have one and I love it too! It was my primary before this one. I ended up with the XD-S because my dad passed it down to me from inventory when he closed his gun shop. Then my best friend researched the trigger and spring kit replacements (Apex) for a birthday gift for me. We did it for a weekend funsies project. The first time I shot it after that, I was hitting eggs and gold balls at 25yds with .45, so I said, “Well, I guess I’m gonna order a IWB holster.”😂

To my new Japanese friends: Would any of you be surprised to learn that volunteers at many American Christian Churches and Jewish synagogues volunteer to serve as armed security during their religious services? It’s getting hot in Texas, and so I carry a slim Springfield .45 to accommodate concealment in summer clothing. Of course, there are spare magazines, always. I did a full trigger and spring replacement, as well as replacement of iron sights myself.

To my American friends, I want to speak from the heart, because this moment truly moved me as a Japanese citizen. When President Trump made that Pearl Harbor joke, it wasn’t just humor to us. It felt like a weight I’d carried my whole life was suddenly lifted. My chest tightened, and honestly, tears came close. For 80 long years, we Japanese have lived under a heavy shadow — the constant expectation to apologize, to reflect, to stay in “guilt mode.” Even though we’re the closest of allies, that old wound never fully healed. We felt bound by the past, by the Constitution America helped write for us, always a little smaller, always needing to prove we were sorry enough. But in that single joke, Trump did something powerful. He turned a painful history into a shared laugh between equals. It was like he was saying: “Hey, it was a long time ago. We’re good. Let’s move forward — as brothers.” No more endless atonement. No more living in the shadow of being the “former enemy.” The curse broke. Japan feels free to stand tall again. Right now, cherry blossoms are blooming beautifully all across Japan. 🌸 This spring, the sakura feels like a perfect symbol — a fresh beginning. Not two nations stuck in old roles, but true equals, proud brothers, shoulder to shoulder, ready to build the future together. To the American people: We don’t want to be subordinates forever. We want to be your real partners — strong, proud, and loyal. The kind of allies who ride or die together. Thank you, Mr. President. Thank you, America. The strongest alliance in the world is rising again — as equals, as brothers, forever. #PhoenixRising 🇯🇵🤝🇺🇸🌸

Many Americans may not realize it, but one of the deepest roots of Japan’s strong pro-American sentiment goes back to a single historic encounter with the United States — about 170 years ago. In the peaceful, isolated world of Edo Japan, a young fisherman named Nakahama Manjiro was shipwrecked in 1841. Rescued by an American whaling ship, he crossed the Pacific, learned English in the United States, embraced American freedom, and mastered whaling skills. When he returned home years later, his stories of America quietly stirred even the skeptical hearts of Japanese officials. Then, in the summer of 1853, Commodore Matthew Perry steamed into Uraga Bay with four “Black Ships” — powerful steam-powered warships belching smoke and bristling with modern cannons. His mission was clear and bold: deliver a letter from President Fillmore requesting friendship, trade, and safe harbor for American sailors whose whaling ships roamed the Pacific. After careful negotiation, on March 31, 1854, the Treaty of Kanagawa was signed. Two Japanese ports opened, shipwrecked mariners would be protected, and a new era of exchange quietly began. What started from the practical needs of American whalers became something far greater. While other nations often arrived with colonization or force, America’s approach helped Japan awaken to the wider world and modernize on its own terms — forging the vibrant, capable, and steadfast ally we cherish today. To many Japanese, decisive leaders like Commodore Perry, General MacArthur, and even today’s bold American figures resonate deeply. They admire the spirit of vision, strength, and action. The drifting fisherman, the smoke from the Black Ships, and the ink of that first treaty — these became the quiet foundation of a unique U.S.-Japan bond built on mutual respect rather than subjugation. America helped open Japan’s doors to the world… and Japan became one of America’s most reliable friends in return. That 170-year-old encounter may be the hidden cornerstone of the special relationship we still share and value today. What do you think — does this piece of shared history surprise you? #BlackShips #CommodorePerry #USJapanHistory #JohnManjiro #phoenixrising

@terrakei07 Conservative psychotherapists love it because we’ve had to become very outspoken to get the attention of the people who are leading our professional organizations toward obvious ruin.
Jonathan Cogburn, LMFT@SystemicTexism

@zundamotisuki Most of my conservative psychotherapist friends on Twitter know it at this point. We’re constantly frustrated with the organizations that were supposed to lead our fields toward excellence. They traded excellence for activism. Maybe 20% of us are not on board with that trade.
