Spent the afternoon on 2 GMs in great need of a refurb ahead of winter nets. Cleaned up very well despite not having had the most conscientious of owners. L - 2.11 was Prima 707 R - 2.9 was Zelos Signature

Here’s a pair of genuine retro re-issue SS bats U.K. made for Stuart Surridge and a modern take on the classics from my childhood. Can’t decide if I need to change the black grip to white!!! Need knocking in before nets but the Turbo is a bit special at 2.10!!!

Trying to figure out how to use these more because they are sensational. Both around 2.10 and ping - love the handles and understated stickers

Pottering on bats before the rugby. A pair of middle child’s WCW Orcas… My goodness these are serious bats!!! 2.12 on the scales but thick handles and great balance means you’d never guess that!!!

Holy smokes these are massive!!!! 2lb 9oz with one grip & skinny handle Need thickening/another grip realistically I was really interested in what Newbery were selling off Indian made & cheap… Very decent under the mallet

Finally two that have seen plenty of action NB is 2lb 10oz and is proper decent stick but big son has gone full Kook now Kook is stickered up custom made. Huge short blade/short handle at 2lb 9oz

My guilty pleasure is the modern take on retro classics This might just be my favourite. 2lb 10oz. Very decent handle. Stickers are perfect and shape is even better!!! Tempted to keep this and add a Neocore in with it.

Yes it’s THAT grainy Another bat that’s not seen outdoors at all this summer. 2lb 10oz and way too nice for me to use!!!

Refurbs from earlier this week all complete. Both 2lb 8oz GM was a Neon Original now gone full old school Trescothick 2005 Ashes Slazenger was a V12 LE now gone with a retro V100 look… John Crawley maybe?

Pick of this mornings work… G1 Slazenger V12 LE from their retro range a few years ago I’m hoping someone remembers who made them in the U.K. Cool bat, awaiting some old school Slazenger stickers to finish it off

This one has found a home already. GM Neon Original Shorter blade longer handle set up. Needed a little glue to outside edge surface cracks Pings!!!
