Conclusive Grounds Decision: After further investigation, a final decision is made. If positive, victims may receive ongoing support and even discretionary leave to remain in the UK if needed for their recovery or to assist with law enforcement efforts.⁠

What is the National Referral Mechanism? The NRM helps identify & support victims of modern slavery, forced labour, trafficking & exploitation. Yet, many remain unseen. In 2022, 16,000+ referrals were made, but countless victims slipped through the cracks. Awareness saves lives!
