Agnes Pau is one of our community’s hidden gems. Like many yng athletes, my daughters had the privilege to be coached by her. Due to Agnes’ commitment, they’re better athletes and contributing members of our community. This is a well-deserved award. 🙌🏾 Go @TCPredators! 💙💛🏒
This is our U11-C2 team's submission for the @CheveroletCanada #GoodDeedsCup We want to help our local food bank @ShareSociety. 10 teams in our Association did a skateathon that raised over $25k in less than a week. An added donation of $100k would help so many in our community.

Historic moment at the #WorldJuniors Congratulations, Theresa Feaster on being the first female assistant coach at the Men’s World Juniors and the first female assistant coach to bring home the gold there. 100% of the time it works every time to have females behind the bench!
The Coquitlam Express presented a $500 cheque to the Tri-City Female Predators today. The Express and Predators will continue to partner on upcoming camps and seminars for female hockey players.
