Wearing our orange shirts is a reminder that we must recognize the harm the residential schools had on First Nations and Metis families. We are learning about the wise ways of First Nations people around us.

October 19 to 23, Withrow Ave Jr. P.S. is going to see how far we can run in a week.

Ms. Macdonald's class has adopted a tree. They are observing the seasonal changes, writing about them and drawing them as well!

The students in Monsieur Bolduc's class are doing D.P.A. by marching on the spot and learning new French vocabulary!

All classes will have a turn in every zone in our school yard.

At Withrow we dress for the weather to learn outdoors.
