A few coaches and athletes have asked about our recruiting standards at St. Charles CC. We are NJCAA D3, which means no athletic scholarships. BUT, we are a tremendous value - tuition less than 4k a year, or free for A+ students! We want local athletes who love the sport!

THREE POINTS IN THE CAPITAL! 🤩

Quick shout out to my unattached athletes, Shaun and Zion! Shaun set PRs in the 100m and 200m yesterday, running wind legal 10.54 and 21.43. Zion, who hasn’t run since 2024, ran his 5th fastest time in the 100m running 11.18 and set a big PR in the 200m running 22.69!

Multi girls rock out on their first shot put, both Sarah and Erin hit their SEASON goals!

1st event and we have 2 National Qualifiers and a school record in the first women’s long jump! @isabellapritch jumps a PR and qualifies, and Alissa White jumps 5.07m to break the school record!

My freshman son has worked so hard this winter to be ready to attack his goals. In his first high school 3200 he ran 10:49. So proud of his effort and attitude! 🧡💙 Also so funny that I have ZERO sprinters in my family. All of them are XC distance runners 😂
