You should have one free transfer no matter the number of games you started. After that, if you start a certain number of games, you should only be able to transfer down (P4 to G5, G5 to FCS and so on). Big schools should also have to pay a transfer fee to smaller schools.

There’s no reason to cut him. But sure let’s cut one of the best run blocking guards for a run heavy team, who happens to be the leader of the group.
