Let's be clear: The Trump Admin's vendetta against the SPLC is a sign of how impactful their work is.
The SPLC has been at the forefront of exposing some of America's most notorious hate groups, like the KKK. The fact that the Trump Admin feels threatened by that speaks volumes.

Probably a no-fun guy post, but Opening Week in the MLB is always a nice little reminder of how low the bar actually is right now in society.
People lining up at 7am on a weekday to start drinking, packed shoulder to shoulder outside the stadium all day, then sitting there for 3–4 hours for the game, then right back out for a night cap.
Thousands of dollars gone, calling off work the next day, and mentally useless for the rest of the week.
And people wonder why it’s so easy to get ahead of 99% of the population.
