Don't compare your progress with that of others. We all need our own time to travel our own distance.

Some people say I get way too excited about even the most seemingly mundane of things... When I was a kid, I promised myself that I would never grow up to be boring. I guess that's just part of that promise!

Too fat Too skinny Too introverted Too excitable Too weird Too boring People will always label you as TOO this or TOO that. Ignore them, move on with your bad self, and just focus on being MORE of yourself.

Sometimes on the way to a dream, you get lost and find a better one.

Meditation is pretty much bench pressing for your soul.

You can't pour from an empty cup... Take care of yourself first.

Life’s too short to be worrying about what others think about you. So have some fun and give them something to talk about.

Ten years from now make sure you can say you chose your life, not that you settled for it.
