@DillonMartinez The athlete is over pushing the ground. Over pushing at max velocity is what causes the trail leg to be so far behind at ground contact. Ideally you’d like to see the knees side by side or passing each other at ground contact during max v.

In your mind, what are the three biggest issues here. But more importantly, how do you fix it? This is at max velocity.
