Arrived at Spring Training on 8 FEB and left Spring Training on 25 MAR. As we do each Spring Training for 45 days straight we asked anyone who came into the Mental Performance office about their thoughts on the most important High Performance Traits—we know there are more, but we dig this starting point!

“Energy” isn’t yelling at your opponent or being overly “rah-rah”. Focus and intent are energy. Being on the top step (or on the fence) engaged in the game is energy. Sprinkle in some dugout shenanigans and rituals and you’ve got the recipe for what energy should look like.

Mickey Cammarata RBI Single Mikey Snoot Sac Fly Titans will finish their game vs Middletown tomorrow at 4:30 at Middletown HS.

Make up games: Varsity Middletown game résumés tomorrow at 430. FSK game resumes Thursday 4/2 after the FHS vs FSK game at Frederick. Game vs North will no be played Tuesday 4/21 at 4:30 at THS.
