I will also post this one specifically for the Japanese audience. This is "Haruka Shiho" (志保 遥) again. The previous post featuring the mint-green colored blazer was the default outfit, but I also have a pallet-swapped outfit design.
It started as a nearly identical uniform but just with a change in color. After a few adjustments, I was able to turn it into something distinct. It started as just changing to a light purple blazer, with the black portions of the uniform changed to a navy blue color. The main change that I think makes it feel different is the bow ribbon holding up her ponytail. It gives the outfit a cute edge. Other notable changes include the bowtie changed to a necktie, a slightly shorter skirt, and Mary Jane style shoes instead of the flats from before. The tweaks are subtle, but I think it changes the feel of the outfit slightly.
The dynamic pose on the right side was made to emphasize her combat ability. Haruka is actually very protective of her close friends, one of them being Arika Sakamoto. If she feels they are threatened or in danger, she will often not hesitate to spring into action and deal with the threat quickly and decisively, even at the risk of suspension.
Though she is very skilled physically, she does not have very good social skills. She talks so little that she often doesn't realize when she offends others. That said, it's rarely her intention to offend anyone. She often relies on her close friends to diffuse a situation verbally, but the moment the conflict becomes physical, it's usually over immediately.
