@1shankarsharma This shows the frustration of extremist Hindutva supporters over why Pakistan has become more diplomatically relevant than India on the international front.

I desperately hope alongwith with the rest of India that the Pak-led peace initiative fails. We can tolerate anything: 300 dollar oil, Sensex at 30k, inflation at 19%, INR at 130. But we can't tolerate the ignominy of seeing the most historic peace Accord EVER called " The Islamabad Accord", and that too, when Dhurandhar 2 is running to packed houses.

@MDahariya @HDFC_Bank Honestly this post smacks of jealousy and vindictiveness. If he and his boss are in agreement who are you to comment? Whatever the spend is probably peanuts in comparison to the revenue and it’s not impacting anyone rather allowing to have some life balance!

When I asked her to marry me, I was broke. My bank account was in overdraft. She still said yes. Our wedding feast was just vada pav and tea. It was all I could afford. 5 days later, I left for Europe to race. I returned 5 months later in a wheelchair, nearly paralyzed. She looked after me while expecting our first child. 4 years later, she had the courage to send me back for another round the world race. 8 months later, I returned victorious. Behind every win is a partner who is rarely seen, like the wind in the sails. Here is to the unsung partner. Happy wedding anniversary!

Did you know Rajiv Gandhi ran away when he was asked to serve during the 1971 Indo-Pak war? Rajiv Gandhi was a pilot at Indian Airlines So during 1971 Indo-Pak war, leave applications of all the pilots of Indian Airlines were cancelled This was because the pilots could be used for providing logistical support But Rahul Gandhi's father was the only COWARD who got leave After getting leave, Rajiv Gandhi decided to flee to Italy along with his wife & Rahul Gandhi (who was a kid) They returned only after General Niazi signed the surrender papers Yes, in 1971 India's then future Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi was hiding like a coward So RaGa should stop abusing Modiji & start talking about his father's cowardice Kuch toh sharam karo, Pappu

Mohan, You are sounding graceless. By the way, who are you to make a contemptuous dismissal of a distinguished professor by saying “ You do not matter to us”. Accountancy and economics are two different things. First, learn the difference. Any comment on another CEA Arvind Subramanian who says India’s GDP is at least 200 basis points lower than told to the world??? Or maybe that too is politics. Grow up. Don’t sound like a BJP IT Cell troll. Unless you are one.
Mohandas Pai@TVMohandasPai

Doc @kaushikcbasu when you were CEA all these were worse. The world is in a crisis today. Please stop this politics and go away. You do not matter to us.

The chart doesn't lie. While petrol prices jumped across Asia during the Gulf war shock, India stayed at nil. No retail petrol hike. No diesel shock at the pump. That did not happen by accident. It happened because India’s energy management and diplomacy held the line while others buckled. And yet, what did the opposition do? Instead of backing the country in a crisis, it chose the oldest Congress reflex: spread panic, amplify rumours, and weaponise anxiety. Congress was busy peddling false rumours on fuel shortages even as the government kept supplies stable and shielded citizens from the global spike. That is the real disgrace here. When the world was under fuel stress, India was being steadied by policy, but the opposition was doing its bit to create fear at home. Every irresponsible rumour, every attempt to trigger queues and distrust, ends up helping the same anti-India narrative ecosystem that wants India to look fragile, chaotic and badly governed. So let the record stand clearly: Asia saw pain at the pump. India did not. The government absorbed the shock. The opposition tried to manufacture one. That is the difference between governing a nation and playing politics with public nerves in the middle of a global crisis.

This is how much WEAK Iran is. They apparently shot down a low-flying US Fighter Jet on their soil. The two pilots ejected safely. Iran Police, Military and IRGC forces 2KM away couldn't capture the two pilots. America flew its rescue personnels from 1000KM away and successfully rescued both the pilots and carried the wreckage away.
